Help us build ASBEES from the ground up.
We are assembling a small, capable Secretariat in Prishtina, supported by a wide network of expert volunteers. Roles open progressively as the association launches and funding is secured. Don't see your exact fit? Apply under General / future opportunities and we'll keep you in mind.
Executive Director
Lead the association's operations, delivery and external representation; act as legal representative within Board thresholds and report to the Board. Senior experience in the built environment, energy, engineering or association management.
Operations & Programs Manager
Coordinate programmes, events, training and the committee calendar; own delivery quality and timelines across the six sector clusters.
Membership & Communications Officer
Drive member recruitment, onboarding and engagement; run communications, social channels and the website. Strong writing in Albanian and English.
Technical Support Officer
Support the sector committees and clusters: technical research, drafting guidelines and documentation. Background in building, engineering, energy or safety.
Finance & Administration Manager
Budgeting, accounting, procurement, HR administration and audit/donor compliance. Experience with grant and donor reporting is an advantage.
Projects & International Cooperation Officer (PMO)
Develop and manage donor and EU-funded projects. Activated as funding allows. Experience with EU instruments (IPA, Erasmus+, Horizon) preferred.
Administrative Assistant
Office management, scheduling and logistical support for the Secretariat, committees and events.
Internship — Young Professionals (RCYP)
A paid early-career pathway into the association's technical and programme work, with mentoring and a route into committees. For students and recent graduates.
